Is my living space customizable?
Yes. Whether you want a more high-end executive style package, intern package or dorm room furnishings, we will design your new living space to accommodate any request. Remember, we cater to YOUR lifestyle!
What is included in the price?
Nydan provides you with a fully furnished living space with all cooking tools and house wares (pots and pans, utensils, linens, glasses, dishes) and all utilities (including gas, water, trash, internet, cable, phone, and electric). With approved credit, we may waive all application and administrative fees and security deposits.
Are laundry facilities available?
All of our apartments include a full-size washer/dryer inside your apartment home at no additional charge. An iron and ironing board are provided in each Nydan apartment. We also offer dry cleaning, tailoring and laundry services for an additional charge.
Are Nydan corporate apartment homes accessible to expanded premium cable channels such as HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, NFL sports packages, etc.?
Yes. Most of our apartments offer these additional channels for an additional cost. Please give us a call at (866) 845-3456 to get actual pricing and details.
Are your apartment’s non-smoking?
Nydan offers a smoke free environment. Smoking is prohibited in all of our apartments.
May I bring my pet?
Most of Nydan apartment communities allow pets. There are some exceptions for large pets and certain breeds. In some cases, there may be pet fees, pet rent and pet deposits, depending on the circumstance and the location. Rules and regulations vary from community to community.
How may I pay my bill?
All monthly charges are consolidated on one statement and emailed to you. Nydan can bill individuals or companies with payments via company check, money order, ACH transfers or credit cards. We accept all major credit cards.
In case of a maintenance emergency, may I call you after hours?
Yes, Nydan has a representative available 24/7 by calling us at 866-845-3456. Emergency classification may vary from community to community.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Our standard check-in time is after 2:00 PM and check-out time is Noon. If you require different accommodations, please inform one of our experienced team members and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.
Is there parking provided and is there a cost?
Many of our apartments provide free parking either in a covered parking garage or uncovered in the front of each building. Several of our communities offer covered parking or attached/detached garage parking at a small monthly fee.
Is there a telephone line in the apartment? Are there any additional charges for domestic and/or international calls?
All of Nydan’s apartments have a landline phone that offers FREE US and Canada domestic calling. International calling is available at an additional monthly fee. Please inquire at time of your reservation.
